Bradley Flavour Bisquettes
The secret to the Bradley Smoker is the Bradley Flavour Bisquettes ®. The bisquettes made by the hardwood pieces (fragments) to bind together in precise quantities, at controlled pressure and concentrations. The aroma of the smoke is determined by the variation of wood, which is incinerated.
Alder and maple give a rich and distinct flavor commonly used with seafood hams and bacon.
The stronger and very distinct flavors of mesquite and hickory (walnut) are commonly used for smoking beef and pork products such as pork shoulders and beef brisket.
Apple and cherry impart a sweeter, milder smoke flavor, commonly used with poultry and wild game meat.
The Bradley Smoker burns a flavor bisquette every 20 minutes producing a clean smoke flavor. If bisquette is burnt, it is gently pushed through the next bisquette of the combustion element and is extinguished in the water pot. This cycle continues as long as the Bradley Smoker is loaded with bisquettes.
When wood is burned, the smoke flavor is geproduceert, during the first few minutes of burning. As soon as the timber produces enough heat to continue to burn itself, it causes high temperatures, acids, resins and gases. This will affect the flavor and appearance of smoked food. When wood burns to this stage, there is no control over the cooking conditions. The guesswork is eliminated with the Bradley Flavour Bisquettes.
Bradley Flavour Bisquettes eliminate unwanted heat. In addition, the smoke produced the Bradley way is four times cleaner than smoke produced by identical loose chips burned in a casserole dish or fireplace.
The Bradley Smoker consumes about one bisquette every 20 minutes. Operating costs of the smoker are therefore less than one euro (€) per hour.
Composition
Bradley Flavour Bisquettes are made of natural hardwood without any addition. Tests which have been carried out by the British Columbia Institute of Technology, have proved that the smoke, which produce Bradley Flavour Bisquettes, four times is cleaner if the smoke, which is produced by identical pieces of wood, vebrand heating in a frying pan or dish.
The burning of the Bradley Flavour Bisquettes costs less than (about) € 1.00 per hour.
